Q: What types of customers do you service?
A: Our customers include restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, or any other location that generates used grease/cooking oil from its kitchen activities. We can accommodate customers with a single kitchen or commercial chains with multiple locations.
Q: Where does the used grease and cooking oil end up?
A: The used grease and cooking oil we collect is recycled and ultimately will be converted into biodiesel, animal feed, soaps, cosmetics and lubricants.
Q: How is the grease/oil recycled?
A: The grease/cooking oil goes through an extensive filtering process that separates out the water, solids and other impurities until the clean oil is all that remains. These impurities are all disposed of properly and even reused whenever possible.
Q: How is your service different than that of your competitors?
A: Our service is superior to others in that it’s offered free of charge, we are fully certified and insured, our equipment is earth-friendly and state-of-the-art, and we assume the liability from our customers once the oil leaves your business with the waste manifest we provide. We guarantee that your waste is recycled instead of polluting the environment or being added to your local landfill or sewer system. We also provide a quick, clean, professional and efficient service at your convenience, without any hassles. Other recycling companies may charge a fee for their services or could be unlicensed, meaning you might end up being liable for the improper handling of your liquid waste.
Q: How long does it typically take to start up new service?
A: It typically takes 24-48 hours to set up new service with us. Generally, we can start service that same day.
Q: How much does your collection service cost?
A: Our service is completely FREE. There is no monthly charge for our service.
Q: Does my business need to buy or lease a collection tank?
A: Collection tanks (clean, delivered and sized for your needs) are also provided FREE of charge.
Q: What proof does my business have that my cooking oil is disposed of properly in order to remove my liability?
A: We provide our customers with a waste manifest every time we collect your used grease and cooking oil. We leave this detailed manifest with your manager-on-duty, and we also offer additional copies (via fax or e-mail) if needed for your records.
Q: What if my business has multiple locations? Can you handle large accounts as well?
A: We have no problem servicing businesses with multiple locations. Please check out our service area (LINK) to see the communities we cover.
